Those are statutory services that belong to specialised firms. We refer you to ones we trust.
What happens if we miss the deadline
- Audit: full refund if the go/no-go memo is delivered later than the date stated in the Statement of Work.
- Build: pro-rata refund if we miss the submission deadline due to our error. Not for delays caused by client document timing — those are documented in the SOW.
- Strategic: Build refund terms apply, plus we waive the closing 50% tranche if our adversarial review missed a panel-flagged issue, narrowly defined.
