Cookie Policy
Short version: we use almost no cookies. There is no advertising infrastructure on this site. No tracking pixels. No behavioural profiling. This page tells you exactly what does get set and why.
Do we use cookies
Minimally. We don't run advertising campaigns, retargeting, or behavioural tracking. You will not get a cookie-consent banner when you visit this site, because we have no non-essential cookies to ask consent for.
What cookies we use
Booking widget (Cal.com)
When you navigate to our booking page and interact with the Cal.com booking widget, Cal.com sets a session cookie to maintain the state of your booking flow. This cookie:
- Is set only when you actively use the booking widget. Visiting the rest of the site sets nothing.
- Is a session cookie — it expires when you close your browser.
- Is necessary for the booking to work. There is no way to complete a booking without it.
- Is not used for advertising or tracking your behaviour on other sites.

Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic measurement. It is cookieless — it uses no cookies and sets no persistent identifiers on your device.
What we see: aggregate page view counts, referrer source, country, and device type. What we don't see: individual visitor identities, browsing history, or any personally identifiable information.
Because no personal data is collected by the analytics layer, POPIA consent requirements don't apply to it.
Why so minimal
Two reasons. First, we don't need advertising cookies or behavioural tracking to run our business. Our clients come from referrals and direct search; we don't need to follow them around the web to win their attention.
Second, our clients trust us with sensitive business documents. The least invasive privacy posture we can maintain, we will maintain. POPIA-friendly and user-friendly are the same thing here.
How to control cookies
All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block the Cal.com session cookie, the booking widget will not function. Nothing else on this site will break.
